Rental Agreement
Rental
All soft play rentals include 5 hours of fun time or until 7:00 pm (during summer, 6 PM during the Fall, 5:00 PM during winter ), which ever comes first. Exceptions can be made on a per request basis. We do not pro-rate.
We can set up indoors, on grass, and pavement. The area must be flat. There will be no slope set up and no dirt or gravel set-ups.
Soft Play Equipment must be in a shaded area as equipment can become too hot for little ones.
If there is any rain forecast, the rental will be canceled and a deposit will be refunded.
Security DEPOSIT & Payment
A 40% booking deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure your date and time. We accept all major credit cards for deposit, during this time, the credit card used must be left on file in the case of incidental damages. The remaining balance will be due at the beginning of your event.
Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 12 days prior to the event will result in the loss of half of booking deposit.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event will result in the loss of the complete deposit.
Equipment
The renter is responsible for the equipment while in its possession and must be returned in the same way it was delivered. No face painting, slime, and water activities while renting equipment. If the equipment is returned extremely dirty, an $80 cleaning fee will be administered. This fee will be charged to the credit card left on file.
Any stolen or damage equipment will be charged at an appropriate amount. These damages and associated costs will be explained to the renter by Kids’ Dreamland before payment.
Forfeit of deposits
We can not provide service if your event will have a water slide/jumper or any other type of water activity. In the event that we do see water rental activities upon our arrival, Kids’ Dreamland will cancel the set-up and the deposit will be forfeit.
